I offer group coaching and parent support groups. The group setting is how I learned the power of connection-based parenting, through certification with Hand in Hand. See my page on group coaching for more information and to join the waiting list.

Hi, I’m Julie.
I’m a certified connected parenting instructor. I’m a parent. And I’m a lawyer. Why would a lawyer become a parenting coach? Good question. I started Confident & Connected because this approach changed the world for me and my family. And I knew I had to share it with others.
This approach, this time we will spend together, is an investment in your family, in the future of your relationship with your children. And in the peace you bring to your children, your family, and yourself. Breaking cycles, reparenting yourself, growing in your confidence and connection with your children—these are things that will have an effect on your family now and for future generations. I know it will. I have seen it.
The Confident & Connected approach is science-based, connection-focused, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. And, it’s real life. So many of us have been in that pit, where it feels like nothing “works.” I will help you understand your child’s behavior and give you tools to help build connection with your child and bring some peace to your family. There are no perfect parents. But, there are Confident and Connected parents. Join me.
